2, the hydraulic cylinder with the work to complete the

compression box, discharge port, push cylinder, discharge
cylinder, push bag pressure head, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic

二.Operating rules for hydraulic balers
First add more than 46 hydraulic oil (self-matching)
two-cylinder baler requirements to 230kg or so, three-cylinder
baler requirements to 350kg or so, connect the three-phase
electric wire (three-phase four) line, connect to the total
power switch of the distribution box, and then check whether
the oil pump is reversed, such as immediately replace any two

of the three lines.
· Add hydraulic oil, connect the power line, press the oil pump
to start, and check whether the motor is turning.
The direction of motor rotation must be consistent with the
direction indicated by the oil pump arrow, if the motor turns
to the opposite, the machine can not work normally, stop the
motor operation, and the three phase power line can be
interchanged in the connection.
[The device has three operating modes: manual operation,
semi-automatic and automatic]
1, manual operation: Start the motor, press the oil pump to
start, set the machine to manual, press the push cylinder to
move forward, reach a certain position (touch the stroke
switch), the cylinder automatically stop (if not stop, check
whether the stroke rod contact point above the cylinder touch
the stroke switch, adjust the position of the stroke switch on
the push cylinder, so that the cylinder in place after touching
the stroke switch on the push cylinder, if the cylinder has an
abnormal signal, Cylinder stop), press the discharge cylinder
forward to a certain position, the stroke switch will open, the
cylinder will stop automatically, then click the discharge
cylinder back, the discharge cylinder will stop automatically,

push the cylinder back at the point, and the push cylinder will
stop automatically (if each cylinder does not stop
automatically after returning, check whether the stroke rod
contact point is in contact with the stroke switch, and turn
the stroke switch on to give the signal). Be sure to push the
discharge cylinder back before returning the push cylinder.
Push forward (1 cylinder) → Discharge forward (2 cylinder) →
Discharge return (2 cylinder) → Push back (1 cylinder) (the
order must not be mistaken)
Note: (If the stroke switch cannot be opened, the oil pump has
been in the state of high pressure oil supply for a long time,
it will cause the motor to burn, such as the oil pump buzzing
on the horse to stop the oil pump, press the oil pump to stop,
check the pushing cylinder as above). When the machine is
working, pay more attention to observe whether the
corresponding stroke switch of each cylinder is turned on. If
there is a fault, please remove it in time.
2.Semi-automatic operation: Adjust the button on the
distribution box to the semi-automatic, click the push cylinder
forward, 1. Push cylinder automatic forward up stroke switch
on. 2 The automatic forward up-stroke switch of the discharge
cylinder is turned on. 3 The discharge cylinder automatic

return down stroke switch is turned on. 4 Push cylinder
automatic return down stroke switch open, complete the
discharge process. Semi-automatic to go a stroke must press the
push cylinder into the button, the whole semi-automatic process
ends.
3. Fully automatic operation: Adjust the button on the
distribution box to fully automatic, click the push cylinder
forward, 1. Push cylinder automatically forward to travel
switch open. 2 The discharge cylinder automatically advances
to the stroke switch. 3 The discharge cylinder automatically
returns to the travel switch. 4 The push cylinder automatically
returns to the travel switch. In this discharge process, each
cylinder is withdrawn into place, stopped for 3 seconds (time
is adjustable), and the next stroke automatically starts.
If each cylinder cannot advance or return normally under normal
operation of the machine, check the stroke switch of each
cylinder. If it is normal (can be touched), check whether the
solenoid valve of each cylinder works normally. The four
solenoid valves control the cylinder to advance and return, and
there is a red light on the battery valve.
Note: According to the different materials (silage can only be
pressed once), all the two cylinders are back in place, and the

selection operation is carried out in the manual mode to push
the cylinder push times (1.2.3), and then the semi-automatic
or automatic operation is carried out after the selection;
When the machine is working normally, the oil pressure of each
cylinder suddenly drops, and the hydraulic oil has a foreign
body to block the counterflow valve. Check and clean the
counterflow valve.
Special note: If the customer in the manual operation, the
discharge cylinder is not completely returned to the position,
the push cylinder work, will lead to the push cylinder
deformation, this situation (belongs to human operation), the
manufacturer does not three guarantees.
Each machine is equipped with water cooling device: the
customer configures the inlet and outlet water pipes.
三.Working principle
The packing process in the automatic mode is that the material
is transported from the feed port to the aggregate box by the
feeding machine (suction fan). When the feed port sensor senses
that the aggregate box has enough material, the whole process is
completed in one go. At the same time, manual, semi-automatic
and fully automatic can be mutually adjusted. The whole packing

process takes only 40 seconds. In contrast, the unit packaging cost
of the vertical baler is lower, but the production efficiency is low;
The horizontal straw baler has a large investment, but the
production efficiency is increased by 10 times, the pressure is large
