1. Product Description of the Peeled garlic production line
Specially designed and manufactured for garlic deep processing, including parts of garlic splitting machine, peeling machine, color sorter, manual picking platform, disinfecting tank, washing chain, wiping dry machine, etc. The output capacity is optional from 200kg to 3t, providing one-stop service from garlic head to peeled garlic, and customized is also available.
At present, Maria peeled garlic production lines mainly include 200kg/h peeled garlic production line, 400kg/h peeled garlic production line, 500kg/h peeled garlic production line, 1 ton/h peeled garlic production line, 1.5 ton/h peeled garlic production line, 2 ton/h peeled garlic production line, 3 ton/h peeled garlic production line and 5 ton/h peeled garlic production line, etc.
2. Intorduction of the garlic clove production line
The specific form can be customized according to customer requirements. Taking the 1 ton peeled garlic production line as an example, the overall equipment of the production line is divided into (according to the production process): garlic bulb feeding hopper, conveyor, garlic splitting machine, garlic peeling machine, color sorting machine, selection platform, soaking pool, bubble washing pool, drying machine, etc. The output can reach 1 ton/hour. The linear extension length of the production line which including the cold warehouse is up to 40 meters, and the production line layout can be designed according to the situation of customer's factory.

1) Garlic splitting machine : Garlic bulbs are divided into cloves, and the removed garlic skins are collected into the skin collection device, the separated garlic cloves fall into the elevator and then enter the peeling process.
2) Garlic peeling machine: The net peeling rate of garlic is as high as 95%; the peeling rate of dry pure white garlic can even reach more than 99%. The garlic skins are collected into the skin collecting device too, and the garlic is less damaged.
3) Color sorting machine: The color sorter can sort out the unqualified garlic cloves automatically. And there are normal color sorer without AI deep learning function and the upgraded model with AI deep learning technology for better sorting result.
4) Hand Picking platform: Peeled garlic enters the belt conveyor, and workers can sort out unpeeled garlic, garlic roots and other sundries.
5) Garlic bubble washing machine: The selected garlic cloves automatically enter into the bubble washing pool, and then the peeled garlic is cleaned by water.
6) Air-drying machine: Use the strong wind of the air dryer to dry the surface water of the cleaned peeled garlic, and remove the residual moisture of the garlic cloves.
