1. Product Description of the Black Garlic Oven

The newly adopted special controller with strong expandability is simple to operate, easy to learn, stable and reliable to control, and can be used for the demand and development of various fermented foods.

Machine construction: The base of the chamber body is welded into a mesh frame with channel steel, so as to be able to bear the weight of the chamber body and personnel test pieces under horizontal conditions, and without causing unevenness and cracking of the bottom surface of the chamber body. Bearing capacity: 200kg/ m2
The material of the chamber is 316L stainless steel plate with high quality inside (to prevent the inner wall from rusting under the condition of high temperature and humidity for a long time), the outer liner is high quality 304L stainless steel plate. The insulation medium is fire-proof grade aluminum silicate, which is light, resistant to resistance and has good heat insulation performance, ensuring the food production and hygiene requirements.

A: Firstly, most of our fermenter is a complete set machine, there is no need to installation, you just need to connect power in your  workshop, then operate directly;

Secondly, we have detailed user’s manual, which will help you to solve any problem;

Thirdly, if you still can’t figured out, we will support remote video training.

Fourth, door to door training and installation is also available if you request, but you will take the charge and travel fee of our electrician.

Q: How about your warranty period and service after sale?

A: One year warranty period (12 month free maintenance) usually. If any problems happen in warranty period, we will reply you technical questions in 24 hours, send you spare parts in 48hours once diagnosed. Beyond warranty period, we still supply life-long technical support with free, but the new spare parts are chargeable with reasonable price.
